For The Needy And Hungry Foundation Trust Ltd was established in 2018 in response to growing food insecurity in the London area. What began as a small community food drive has grown into a registered charity supporting thousands of individuals and families each year.
Our founder, Zohaib Ali, witnessed firsthand the struggles faced by families unable to afford nutritious food while volunteering at a local community center. Determined to make a difference, he gathered a group of like-minded individuals to organize regular food distributions.
Today, we operate multiple programs across London, including food banks, school meal programs, and cooking workshops, all aimed at addressing both the immediate need for food and the long-term causes of food insecurity.

We open our first permanent food bank location in London, serving 50-75 families weekly.
We achieve official charity status and expand operations in response to increased need during the COVID-19 pandemic.
We begin providing meals to children from low-income families during school holidays.
Launch of cooking skills workshops and plans to open two additional food bank locations in underserved areas.
